This is our first year spending Valentine’s day as husband and wife. And I must say..it was a truly memorable one! I’ll just let the photos do all the talking…=)

He asked me what I wanna eat for our traditional homecooked vday dinner..and he simply just went ahead and bought the ingredients needed.

My dear hubby woke up at 6 plus in the morning to make this heartie lunch for me to bring to work. *touched*
a dozen of fresh red roses!
My my..he actually got the florist to deliver a dozen of red roses to my office!!! What a suprise!! *Elated!*

Mr Poto actually cooked this soup from scratch..and it tastes yummilicious!!!

Ta-dah..the main course of the night…roasted rosemary lamb with coleslaw (made by Mr Poto) and roasted potatoes!! You can simply tell his effort by how he even went to carve the carrots in heart-shapes!

My last request of the meal…crepe suzette!! Too bad the wine did not flame! But it still tasted divine! =)

hug him! it's free!
Saw this boy as I was walking along Orchard Road. Being a curious Gemini, I stood by the side to observe the public’s response for a while. I had hope that there will be people hugging him so that I can find out what’s the gimmick about. I mean, seriously, he’s not just out there to give free hugs right?? Or perhaps he’s doing a school project??
Guess what…NO ONE went to hug him, even the ang mohs.
I believe that it would be a very very different outcome should the boy be changed to a girl. Haha. Or maybe the poor boy should be playing the song..”All we need is love…” in the background to soften people’s heart and garner more hugs.
If not, he can always change the word ‘hug’ to … ‘money’! I’m sure the response would be a LOT better. ;p
The Best Sunday EVER!

We woke up to a normal Sunday, not really expecting much out of yesterday. But just a simple phonecall changed our lives…

We haven’t decided on what to name our car yet..but I’m sure we’ll come out with something once we get the car! Really soooo excited!!!
Later on in the evening, we went to get our 2nd purchase of the day…and here’s presenting to you…
we would like to play wii!
It was really fun to play wii..and it’s even more meaningful when I saw how much my parents enjoyed playing wii too! (my arms are really quite sore now..haha)

Really thankful to have Sundays off now..as it really makes a huge difference. It brings my family closer together..and I get to spend more time with my hubby too. Hopefully in due time, I will be able to have my Saturdays off too.
